Megabox Access Terms & Conditions

1. General Conditions

Access is by appointment only and is subject to availability at our Rosebery facility.

Submitting the Access Booking Form is a request, not a confirmation.

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team by email or SMS.

Megabox reserves the right to decline or reschedule any booking based on operational capacity or safety.

2. Booking Notice Periods

  • Access requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • You may book up to 14 days ahead using the online Access Booking Form.
  • For access more than 14 days in advance, please email our team directly.
  • Bookings under 48 hours’ notice are treated as emergency access and are subject to a $110 fee per Megabox, pending approval.

3. Access Hours

Access is available at the Rosebery warehouse only (no mid-rental deliveries).

Access times:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please do not arrive within 15 minutes of closing, as access may be declined.

4. Check-In Procedure

  • Upon arrival, you must report to the office before accessing your Megabox.
  • Staff will direct you to your designated loading or access zone.
  • Failure to follow staff directions may result in suspension of access privileges.

5. Warehouse Safety Rules

To maintain a safe and efficient facility for everyone:

  • Speed limit: 5 km/h within the warehouse grounds.
  • Forklift priority: Always give way to forklifts and operational vehicles.
  • Pedestrian zones: Use designated walkways only.
  • Maintain a safe distance from machinery and equipment.
  • Children and pets are not permitted in the warehouse area.

6. Access Limitations

  • Megaboxes will not be positioned for multiple consecutive days unless pre-approved in writing.
  • Access is only available at the Rosebery warehouse — we do not deliver boxes for mid-rental access.

7. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

  • If you do not attend a confirmed booking without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, a $50 no-show fee per occurrence will apply.
  • Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in suspension of access privileges.

8. Changes and Cancellations

  • All changes or cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 48 hours before your confirmed booking time.
  • Megabox may reschedule or cancel access due to operational needs, safety concerns, or severe weather.

9. Policy Updates

These Access Terms & Conditions may change at any time without prior notice.
